Retirement of Chief Financial Officer David McKay.

Following an exceptional career spanning over two decades, long term CFO, David McKay, has made the decision to embark on a well-deserved retirement journey. Throughout his dedicated service, David has served as a crucial member of Warren’s executive team and has been a key part of the evolution and growth of the company. He will always be part of the Warren Family. We extend our sincerest gratitude for his service and wish him a fulfilling and rewarding retirement ahead.

Hiring of Matthew P. Manning as new Chief Financial Officer.

Warren Paving, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew P. Manning, CPA as our Chief Financial Officer. In this critical role, Matt will assume full responsibility for overseeing the company’s Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resource functions. With his vast experience, we eagerly welcome Matt to our Executive Team, anticipating the valuable contributions he will bring to further enhance our organization.

We are also delighted to share the news of Joel Moody’s transition to the role of Vice President of Aggregate Operations. With a remarkable tenure of 11 years at Warren Paving, having started in the role of a Project Manager/Estimator, Joel has consistently demonstrated practical leadership and expertise in the industry. Joel most recently served as Vice President of Asphalt Operations. In his new capacity, Joel will assume responsibility for overseeing the production and transportation of aggregate from our limestone quarry located in Salem, Kentucky, and our sand and gravel operation in Angie, Louisiana. These facilities not only serve as vital sources of material for our asphalt production but, also enable us to meet the aggregate needs of our valued third-party customers. Joel’s knowledge and expertise will strengthen our operations and contribute to the growth and success of Warren Paving.

Jeremy Paterson was named Vice President of Asphalt Operations. Jeremy began his Warren Paving career as a student intern on a paving crew 16 years ago. He has progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President of Estimating and Project Management. In his new capacity, Jeremy will be responsible for all aspects related to our asphalt paving division from estimating and production to transportation and placement. He will continue to actively engage with external stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships to drive sales growth and broaden our market reach.

After ten years with the company, Eddie Koehl has been named Vice President of Aggregate Sales. In his tenure with Warren Paving, he has consistently demonstrated extensive knowledge of the aggregate industry and keen understanding of customer needs, Eddie has played a crucial role in driving the company’s growth. In this new role, Eddie will be responsible for all external aggregate sales, from barge direct to external sales from one of our many aggregate sales yards located in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

Bobby Sullivan will remain in his role as Executive Vice President of the company, steadfast in his position. Leveraging his unparalleled expertise amassed over four decades, Bobby will continue providing support to the company’s critical segments, including Aggregate, Asphalt, and Marine Transportation. His vast experience and commitment to excellence make Bobby an integral asset to our organization as we strive to drive success and maintain industry leadership.
